Fattoria Poggio Capponi Farm - Farm accommodation Society Setting The wines The Poggio Capponi farmhouse, which delonged to the Marchese Capponi at the end of the 18th Century, diminates a hill in the area of Montespertoli. Its landscape includes vineyards, olive trees and fields of grain, that served as the backdrop for the film of the Taviani brothers "La Notte di San Lorenzo" (The Night of San Lorenzo). Within the property, chianti wine extra virgin olive oil, grain and sunflowers are cultivated. There is also a small antique car museum. Wine tastings are held, as are tours of the farmhouse agricultural activities.
